C&C has renewed its sponsorship of the Friulian team because of the common goals and values both companies share. Japo is a brand strongly linked to the territory where it is produced and aims at representing its excellence, just as Udinese football team is strongly rooted in the region where it is based and is always searching for new talents.
‘After a heart-pounding season finale, we rejoiced for Udinese's 30 consecutive years in the A-Series,’ commented Gianni Coassin, owner of C&C and a long-time supporter of the Friulian club, ‘an achievement that only four other teams in Italy have reached (and surpassed). With the 2023/24 season we brought the Japo brand to the Bluenergy Stadium, one of the most beautiful and welcoming fields in Europe, and we are proud to confirm this collaboration for the 2024/25 season as well.’

Japo is the flagship of C&C's sparkling wine offer: a range of bubblies that fully express the Valdobbiadene territory, a unique area made of steep hills furrowed by vines cultivated with Glera, the variety at the basis of Prosecco. With Japo, C&C has created a line of fine, fresh, and fragrant sparkling wines, suitable for important occasions and moments of conviviality, which embody the value of family, true pillar of this brand, which owes its name to Jacopo Coassin, owner of the company together with his father Gianni.
The Japo range includes the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Millesimato, in the Brut and Extra Dry versions, the sparkling wine Extra Brut Japo DueGrammi, produced with a selected cuvée of grapes from the Valdobbiadene hills and with only two grams of residual sugar, and the Prosecco DOC Rosé Extra Dry Millesimato.
